Queen of Pop Madonna leads a star-studded court of celebrities ready to take part in a social media rally organized by Global Citizen to urge governments around the world to support humanitarian efforts in Ukraine.
itled ‘Stand Up for Ukraine,’ the rally will take place on social media on April 8 – a day ahead of a pledging summit organized by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and others to raise money to help those displaced by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Chris Rock, Stevie Nicks, Priyanka Chopra, Pharrell Williams, Demi Lovato, The Weeknd, The Jonas Brothers, Radiohead, U2, Elton John, Celine Dion, Billy Joel, and Ozzy Osbourne are just a few of the big names slated to join the call to action.
