Every month Dutch photographer William Rutten (also known due Dutch TV Show “Het Perfecte Plaatje”) offers a picture of the month, a limited edition of 99 in passe-partout numbered and signed by him.
William Rutten usually offers these through his Instagram page and the prints always sell out within 30 minutes.
