It was ten years ago today that Madonna performed her specially rehearsed MDNA Tour gig at the Olympia in Paris. Madonna started her show with Turn Up The Radio and included two special new tracks “Beautiful Killer” and “Je t’Aime”. The gig was live streamed.
Unfortunately some Marine Le Pen supporters managed to invade the event and brought along pre-printed banners and continued to give Madonna the finger throughout the show. At the end of the gig some of them started to throw those pre-printed banners on stage along with bottles. Disappointed Madonna fans who were let down by the length of the show, joined in.
The next day some of those Twitter accounts raved about succeeding in trashing Madonna’s performance. Luckily Madonna made a statement and media picked up on it.
