Madonna’s Crazy For You – new in our discography (19 different pressings)
New in our discography is Madonna’s single ‘Crazy For You‘, taken from the official soundtrack to Vision Quest (where Madonna made her very first cameo as a nightclub singer). Madonna is seen performing both Crazy For You and Gambler in the film, both songs were released as singles.
We have collected 19 different pressings of Crazy For You from various countries, including the 1st (withdrawn) and 2nd edition of the 12″ that was pressed in Holland only, and this rare Japanese advance promotional single.

Madonna’s second single off ‘Like a Virgin’ was ‘Material Girl’, a song that came with a stunning music video directed by Mary Lambert.
In the discography we have added a total of 25 different pressings on vinyl and cassette, including this very rare Japanese advance promo!

Like a Prayer and True Blue Fnac editions identical to Sainsbury’s (even the Sainsbury’s sticker is attached)
Unfortunately we just learned that the so-called special ‘Fnac’ editions of the Like a Prayer and True Blue on colored vinyls, are the exact same vinyls as issued by Sainsbury’s.
The vinyls even have the Sainsbury’s sticker on them and NOT the Fnac sticker as advertised on their website, not good news for collector’s that already own the Sainsbury’s ones. We advise anyone who ordered these through Fnac and not happy with the product delivered to contact Fnac about this.
Like a Prayer and True Blue special French Fnac colored vinyl editions available to order
The special Fnac editions for Like a Prayer and True Blue are available to order through fnac.com. These are similar to the Sainsbury’s editions last year, Like a Prayer is pressed on red vinyl and True Blue on blue vinyl, they however carry a Fnac sticker on front cover. To order:
