In case of cancellation or postponement of an event for which your ticket is not available on the date of postponement, and if you wish to keep your CollectorTicketTM / BilletcollectorTM, please send us a front and back copy of it with your name, last name, order reference and coordinates. If you choose to keep your CollectorTM ticket, you can also keep the lanyard and the packaging, and only the facial value will be refunded. You will not receive the refund of the CollectorTicketTM / BilletcollectorTM unit price and fees.
Only the holder of the order will be refunded.

 
Choice of the refund method

You can specify the refund method during you refund request : by recrediting the card used online for the purchase or by bank check. Without any instruction from you, the refund will be made by default on the payment method used for your purchase.
